"Beijing Beishute Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven company specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of sanitary pads, menstrual pants, wet wipes, diapers, and paper products. With 29 years of development experience, the company focuses on menstrual care for women, continuously working to enhance comfort during menstruation. It is one of China’s top ten hygiene product companies, with a sales network covering 100 cities and over 1,000 counties nationwide.
The company holds 85 national patents and is recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Beijing, Zhongguancun, and Tianjin, as well as a leading tech enterprise in Tianjin. Beishute Technology is the only partner in China’s aerospace industry within the sanitary pad sector and is a member of the National Standards Committee. It has contributed to the formulation of several national standards, including GB/T20808-2022, GB/T40269-2021, and GB/T39995-2021, and played a role in drafting medical-grade standards, based on which it launched a series of medical-grade sanitary pads.

1994-1997 Overcoming Challenges
In 1994, Beishute completed the manufacturing and installation of a production line at Sanming Machinery Factory in Fujian. This was the first independently designed and manufactured winged sanitary pad production line in China’s history.
The sanitary pad products were continuously upgraded from their initial, basic versions, leading to significant improvements in quality.
1998-2003 A New Beginning
In 1998, Beishute relocated to the Miyun Industrial Development Zone in Beijing, focusing on expanding in the northern China market. Starting in 2001, it entered international retail chains such as Walmart, Carrefour, and RT-Mart, and launched advertisements on CCTV1, with international model Xie Dongna as the brand ambassador.
In 2003, sales of Beishute’s self-owned brand reached 120 million RMB, successfully completing its second entrepreneurial phase and embarking on a new journey in its history.
2004-2007 Exploratory Development
In 2004, Beijing Beishute Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on refined brand and channel development, and set up a research and development center.
By the end of 2005, after extensive exploration, Beishute successfully developed the ST series for distribution channels and the SN series for end-users.
2008-2013 Strategic Focus
In late 2007, Liu Chongjiu conducted strategic planning for Beishute's future, establishing a market positioning focused on optimal cost-performance ratio. Through a series of institutional reforms, Beishute achieved double growth in both revenue and price.
In 2011, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce awarded Beishute the 'Famous Chinese Trademark' certification.
2014-2018 Brand Excellence
In 2014, Beishute invested 40 million yuan to purchase a spacious and well-lit office in Chaoyang Jiajing Tiancheng, Beijing. That same year, the company launched its high-end 7-Star Ultra-Absorption series, which became a flagship product and elevated the brand positioning of Beishute from "cost-effective" to a "mid-to-high-end" level.
In 2018, the Beishute laboratory obtained national CNAS certification.
2019-2024 Expansion and Progress
In 2019, the company brought in brokerage partners and a strategic shareholder from the tissue paper industry, Taiseng Group, marking the start of its journey towards an IPO. The company prioritized an employee stock ownership plan to establish a long-term incentive mechanism that aligns employee interests with company performance and shares risks.
In 2019, Beishute invested 150 million RMB to establish Beishute (Tianjin) Sanitary Products Co., Ltd. in the Tianjin Airport Economic Zone, creating an intelligent manufacturing base for Beishute.
In 2019, Beishute became the first brand in the industry to launch medical-grade sanitary pads.
In 2022, Beishute officially became the exclusive sanitary pad partner of China’s aerospace program.
In 2023, Beishute was awarded the "Medical-Grade Disposable Hygiene Products Demonstration Unit" certificate by Zhongwei An (Beijing) Certification Center.
From 2022 to 2024, Beishute was recognized for three consecutive years with the "Craftsmanship Product of the Year in China’s Hygiene Product Industry" award by the China Paper Association.
